DELIVERY & REFUNDS
INSTANT DIGITAL DELIVERY
All our products are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped.
Right after checkout you will see a download button, and you will also get an email with your download links. Spreadsheets are .xlsx files (Excel or Google Sheets), printables, guides and e-books are PDF files, and bundles come in one ZIP file.
Lost your download link? Email support.veressia@gmail.com with your order number and we will send it again.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
If a file is damaged, won't open, or isn't what was described, email support.veressia@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. We will fix the file, send a replacement, or refund you in full.
